Finding and Using Your Voice
Those who do not fret public speaking have worked to get there, and I respect you.
I do not have any public speaking experience, nor am I jumping at the chance to. I will, however, gladly illustrate such a situation. :)
The Governor’s Academy in Byfield, Massachusetts publishes a bi-annual magazine called The Archon and this spring’s issue features an article communicating the importance of using your voice. The chosen concept features a young woman student speaking to an audience in the school’s Moseley Chapel. The large lightbulb above her head is the idea she is expressing to the crowd, who also don bulbs in varying colors. The colors subtly indicate how different listeners can absorb the speaker’s idea.
